Thanks for using Liburdi Storage. Liburdi Storage is a service provided by Liburdi Dimetrics (“Liburdi”, “we” or “us”), located at 45 Innovation Drive, Dundas Ontario L9H 7L8, Canada. These Liburdi Storage Terms of Service (which we refer to as the “Terms”) cover your use of and access to Liburdi Storage and your content in Liburdi Storage.
Your use of Liburdi Storage requires that you agree to the Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not understand the Terms, or do not accept any part of them, then you should not use Liburdi Storage.
Your Liburdi Account. You will need a Liburdi Account in order to use Liburdi Storage. To protect your Liburdi Account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your Liburdi Account. Try not to reuse your Liburdi Account password on third-party applications.
Your Conduct. Don’t misuse Liburdi Storage. You may use Liburdi Storage only as permitted by law. You are responsible for your conduct and content stored in Liburdi Storage.
Your Content. Liburdi Storage allows you to upload your files to a Microsoft Azure file share in the cloud. Liburdi pays for and manages this cloud service. You retain ownership and complete privacy of all files stored in Liburdi Storage.
Changes to Liburdi Storage. We are constantly changing and improving Liburdi Storage. We may make performance or security improvements, change functionalities or features, or make changes to comply with law or to prevent illegal activities on, or abuse of, our systems. We will provide notice of material changes to Liburdi Storage that we reasonably believe will adversely impact your use of Liburdi Storage. However, there are times when we will need to make changes to Liburdi Storage without giving notice. These will be limited to instances where we need to take action to ensure the security and operability of the service, prevent abuse or where we must act to meet legal requirements.
Suspension and Termination. You can stop using Liburdi Storage at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. We may suspend or permanently disable your access to Liburdi Storage if you materially or repeatedly violate our Terms. We will give you prior notice of us suspending or disabling your access to Liburdi Storage. However, we may suspend or disable your access to Liburdi Storage without notice if you are using Liburdi Storage in a manner that could cause us legal liability or disrupt other users’ ability to access and use Liburdi Storage.
Discontinuation of Liburdi Storage. If we decide to discontinue Liburdi Storage, we will give you at least 60 days’ prior notice. During this notice period, you will have the opportunity to take your files out of Liburdi Storage. After the end of this 60 day period you will not be able to access your files. We believe that you own your files and preserving your access to such files is important. For instructions on how to download your files, please contact us.
Free Storage. Liburdi allows you to use 5 GB of free Liburdi online storage (subject to your compliance with the Terms), which may be used with Liburdi Storage.
Purchase of Additional Storage. You can also purchase additional storage as you need it which will be subject to the payment terms provided by Liburdi.
Liburdi’s Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use Liburdi Storage.
We provide Liburdi Storage using a reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using Liburdi Storage. But there are certain things that we don’t promise about Liburdi Storage. Other than as expressly stated, we don’t make any commitments about the specific functionality available through Liburdi Storage, its reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs.
Liburdi is not responsible or liable for:
(a) losses that were not caused by our breach of these Terms;
(b) any loss or damage that was not, at the time the relevant contract with you was formed, a reasonably foreseeable consequence of Liburdi breaching the Terms;
(c) losses relating to any business of yours including profits, revenues, opportunity or data; or
(d) any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property due to your use of Liburdi Storage.
Access to Liburdi Storage is subject to all applicable international, federal, local laws and regulations. You agree not to use Liburdi Storage for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Terms. Specifically you may not (i) use Liburdi Storage in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair Liburdi Storage; (ii) upload, post, email or otherwise send or transmit any material that (a) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs; (b) contains third-party trademarks, service marks, copyrights or other proprietary rights without either approval or (c) is profane, defamatory, obscene, violent, sexual, discriminatory or otherwise in poor taste; or (iii) interfere with the servers or networks connected to Liburdi Storage.
We reserve the right to modify or replace the Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access Liburdi Storage after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using Liburdi Storage.
